Such potential values range from above to meaningfully below the current trading levels for the Company's debt, subject to further diligence and refinement. In the coming days and weeks, the Company, with the support of its lenders, will be working to evaluate and explore certain of these proposals to ultimately determine whether to enter into a transaction with a third party or alternatively transition majority ownership to its lenders.
