Operating efficiency improved steadily with continuous optimization of operation structure. The Company has seen more technology and innovations introduction, more effective risk prevention, stable asset quality and sound operation across business lines 1 2 3 4 Significant improvement in operating efficiency with steady growth in profits Operating efficiency continued to increase: operating income was RMB177,745 million, representing an increase of 15.30% yoy;
