IUPHHK-HT (HTI) The Permanent Productive Forest as the target location of IUPHHK-HT 1. Number of area of IUPHHK-HT in Riau Province - Total - Area : 70 unit : 1.643.200 ha (Gross) : 1.150.241 ha (Netto)#102. 3. PARTNERSHIP PATTERN FOR COMMUNITY- BASED PLANTATION FOREST DEVELOPMENT The location target; the marginalized plot belongs to community, cooperated between timber industry companies with the community possessing the area with a profit sharing system. - Total : 2 company (PT. RAPP & IKPP/PT ARARA ABADI) - Total of Farmer Group/KUD/Village: 38 - Total Area: 35.768,20 Ha#13PLANTATION FOREST DEVELOPMENT POLICY 1. Forest Plantation as one of 2004 - 2009 of Ministry of Forestry priority with 9 million ha plantation target 2. The policy oblige concession holders to finish their liabilities by the end of year 2009 (based on Menhut No. P.44/ Menhut- II/2005, jo Peraturan Menhut No.P. 25/Menhut-II/2005, jo Kep. Menhut No.101/Kpts-II/2004)#143. Within the course of the acceleration, holders of the concession are first required to delineate both in macro and micro context towards the whole areas of designated productive forest a. The scope of macro delineation is the separation of areal condition in area measurement grouped into: Planted Area Cleared or bushy area Natural forest area.#15b. Micro Delineation covers the rest of natural forest grouped into 2 groups, i.e. : Natural forest group that has to be preserved, kept and protected as the area of productive natural forest area and/or conservation area and/or High Conservation Value (HCV) area based on effective criteria.
