Purpose Household food security and incomes of vulnerable households is improved through unconditional food assistance and income generating activities.#6Theory of Change (ToC) Food and Nutrition security of the vulnerable population affected by ongoing conflict and COVID-19 pandemic in Northeast Nigeria will be increased and mortality and morbidity will be reduced IF: Access to critical lifesaving assistance to the most food-insecure populations is continued and resilience of vulnerable population is improved by using multi-sectoral strategies to improve the food security, access to health and nutrition services where safe water and proper sanitation facilities are available to help the vulnerable population to prevent the illnesses to improve the wellbeing of the community.
