Air Arabia's impressive Q1 performance reflects the group's ability to constantly deliver solid performance while navigating through economic challenges. Focus on growth continued in Q1 and Air Arabia added 9 new routes to its global network from its 7 hubs in the UAE, Morocco, Egypt, Armenia and Pakistan. Over 3.9 million passengers carried during the first quarter of 2023, an increase of 59%, reflecting a healthy uptake in demand for the Air Arabia value-driven services. Air Arabia strong performance in Q1 2023 reflects the carrier effective business model, rigid cost control measures and management team capabilities.
