Three properties under definitive purchase agreements for an aggregate expected purchase price of approximately $27.9 million and expected aggregate returns of 9.1% to 9.2%. The Company expects to close on these properties in the first half of 2024. Seven properties under definitive purchase agreements, to be acquired after completion and occupancy, for an aggregate expected purchase price of approximately $166.5 million.
