No. 1/2020, held on January 30, 2020 has approved the share repurchase project for financial management purposes with the number of shares to be repurchased not exceeding 23,932,601 shares or equal to the amount of not exceeding 1% of the total paid-up capital of the Bank and the maximum amount not exceeding Bt4,600mn.
