If you have the consent of a parent/guardian then you still must be 16 years old ► If you are between 16-19 and you cannot get consent form a parent, you can apply to the provincial court to have the consent requirement waived If you are under 16 and want to get married, you have to apply to the family court and convince them your marriage is in the best interest of all parties
