This reclassification conforms to the way that we manage and monitor segment performance. Comparative figures were reclassified to conform to this presentation. (2) Direct sales and others revenue under China commerce retail primarily represents our direct sales businesses, comprising mainly Sun Art, Tmall Supermarket, Freshippo, and Alibaba Health's direct sales businesses where revenue and the cost of inventory are recorded on a gross basis. 15
