FY 2017 Budget Highlights

FY 17 BUDGET HIGHLIGHTS SOURCE OF FUNDS The General Fund Budget reflects an increase of 4.5%. The FY17 General Fund Budget is proposed based on existing tax rates for both property and income taxes. There are no tax rate increases. The property tax rate of $1.06 per $100 of assessed value will generate 54% of total operating revenue. Income tax is the next largest revenue stream representing 38% of total operating revenue. Other local taxes, fees for services and miscellaneous categories make up the remaining 8%. 66 66
