CAJA RURAL DE NAVARRA This document should not be distributed in the United States or to U.S. persons as defined in Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended CAJA RURAL GROUP Main Features The Group has became in 2018 an Institutional Protection Scheme (IPS) following the requirements established in article 113.7 of Regulation (EU) No. 575 / 2013 (CRR). • Therefore, the 29 cooperative members of the Spanish Association of Rural Banks (AECR), together with their central banking institution (Banco Cooperativo Español SA) operate as an IPS with regulatory recognition, and maintain their longstanding model of pooling resources at a national level to obtain economies of scale while retaining their independence and regional focus.
