This measure is a qualitative assessment of strategic and operational metrics tied to key non-financial business objectives, such as sustainability goals, that contribute to the Company's business success and are certified by the Compensation & Human Resources Committee at the beginning of the performance period. The Committee assessed the achievement of the metric by evaluating performance against the following objectives: (i) business focus and innovation and growth; (ii) people and culture; (iii) operating effectiveness and efficiency; and (iv) quality and risk management.
