Developing a significant renewable energy business
In line with our vision, we have increased our commitment to
developing a significant renewable energy generation business
through Emerging Power, Inc. (EPI), an 86.29%-owned
subsidiary
On July 1, 2022, EPI and Shell signed a Joint Venture (JV) to
develop, own, operate, and maintain onshore renewables
projects in the Philippines
EPI's current operation capacity is 100 MW with a target of
1 GW by 2028, which is boosted by our Joint Venture with Shell
