These competencies are evaluated and developed continuously through our comprehensive program that includes different actions such as: annual performance
evaluation, 360° evaluation and the training program, which consists of approximately 90 hours of training (ten workshops, two talks awareness raising and a didactic
process for the accreditation of this program); additionally we are developing a library of digital resources, and implementing reading circles and training programs as
professional coaching interventions.

Performance Evaluation (3DR)
The strategic goal of the Annual Performance Evaluation System is to increase the productivity, competitiveness, and comprehensive
development of our PetStar leaders. With our 3DR program we evaluate the performance of our leaders and identify talent for their
development, as well as the detection of their training needs and, finally, we recognize the achievement of objectives and outstanding
performance and in doing so, contributing to strengthening our culture of teamwork and achievement of results.
