Contractor will be responsible for all Capital and Operating costs. Contractor limited to mine till 25 m in depth. Mainly free digging material with limited drilling and blasting and only on approval of the company. Gold will be split 74% contractor, 20% Ouro Mulamuli (ALG Mozambique Subsidiary) and 6% production tax. Initial annual production of between 12 000 oz/annum and 24 000 oz/annum of gold.
