Centrus LEU Supply Contracts • The company has a diverse base of supply that includes inventory, medium- and long- term supply contracts, and spot purchases • Centrus has long-term supply contracts for SWU with TENEX and Orano . These contracts include a fixed and discount-to-market price components • TENEX supplies LEU under The Transition Supply Agreement, which runs through 2028 but remains subject to US-Russia trade agreement that established quotas limiting Russian imports • Current agreement is set to expire in December 2020, but US Department of Commerce initiated a review and has on-going negotiations to extend and modify the quotas limiting imports.
