"Currently, the development of gas
supply systems in Russian regions is
one of the top priorities for PJSC
Gazprom. We are faced with the task
to intensify the efforts in this
direction, and they will be
unprecedentedly high. By 2025, the
Sakhalin Oblast should achieve
100% gasification as a result of the
Sakhalin Oblast gasification program.
"We are in some perfect storm. We
understand that our energy
resources will be in demand in any
market, so it is important to
reorient from West to East in at an
accelerated pace. The key issues
are insurance and the oil fleet."
"The number one task for the
industry sustainable functioning in
the new difficult conditions is the
development of domestic demand
for energy resources, and, above
all, gas. It is encouraging that work
in these areas began long before
the current crisis, including the
formation of a regulatory
framework."
"Given that oil and gas projects are
designed for decades, we cannot stop.
Together with the contractors, we
should only look forward in order to
effectively solve our tactical challenges
in the current conditions."
