sophisticated analytics to return a credit grade
Approved applicants provide a list of necessary documentation
Ability-to-pay analysis and income and identity verification is foundation to borrower credit assessment
and appropriate product match
Customer receives funds as soon as same day (most frequently overnight ACH)
Most servicing in-house and on-shore; loan is serviced in branch; typically 60+ DQ shifted to specialized
central servicing
