FY 2017 Budget Highlights

A public hearing was held on the proposed service charge and fee changes on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at which time public comments were received. COUNTY NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF FREDERICK COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the service charges (user rates) set forth on Exhibit A for FY 2014 shall take effect on July 1, 2013, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2014. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED AND ORDAINED, that the rates shown on Exhibit A for FY 2015 through and including FY 2018, shall take effect on July 1, 2014, July 1, 2015, July 1, 2016 and July 1, 2017, respectively, after the BOCC's annual reconsideration of these rates, unless otherwise modified by resolution of the BOCC.
