Due to the specificities of its operations,
JSL may have some impacts on the
communities where it operates. Among
the monitored and evaluated impacts are:
dust, trepidation, road safety (truck traffic),
GHG emissions, wear and tear of road
networks, noise emission and accidents
in passenger transport. Also considered
impacts: traffic accidents; being run over;
increase in vehicle circulation; wear and tear
of road networks; emission of pollutants
and emission of noise and accidents in
