Fiscal Dynamics in 2022
Despite the good collection of taxes specific to the Autonomous Community of Madrid, such as the Wealth
Transfer and Stamp Duty(ITPYAJD), the lower volume of current transfers is resulting in a lower growth in
non-financial revenues than that recorded in expenditure during the first half of the year (2.6% vs. 2.9%). As
a result, the deficit recorded by the Autonomous Region of Madrid is -0.26% of GDP, a similar level to the
same period of the previous year.
