This year's employee survey yielded a result of 71%. Getinge is using the results of the employee survey to take relevant remediation measures, which will be reflected in future results. During the year, Getinge took major steps toward this target by achieving 48% lower carbon emissions in own operations. As an example, all production sites in Life Science became carbon neutral during the year. During the year, 90% of Getinge's employees were trained in this area. One reason for the target not being achieved is that some of the organization's new employees have not yet taken part in the training.
