Dear Author,
Thank you for your interest in International Conference on Alive Engineering Education (ICAEEdu)
in Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, Argentina. Your paper <Paper name> can be reviewed and accepted
for Oral Presentation at the conference.
Please follow the Oral Presentation Guidelines:
1. Timing of oral presentations: twelve minutes to present (maximum); and three minutes for
Questions and Answers (Q&A).
2. Chairmen of the Oral Presentation Section: The Keynote Speakers of the International
Conference on Alive Engineering Education (ICAEEdu) will also be Chairmen of the Oral
Presentation Section.
3. Submitting your
presentation: Please submit your slides presentation to
[email protected]. A technician of the ICAEEdu team will assist each Oral Presentation.
Once the presentation is launched, the Speaker will control the program using a computer mouse,
the up/down/right/left keys on a keyboard or the Lendex® Laser Pointer.
4. Additional Information
Security: ICAEEdu participants are required to provide identification in order to submit their
presentation as well as to access it in the room. Recording devices such as cameras are not
permitted in the room. All presentation files are deleted at the end of the conference, unless
permission has been granted to the conference association to retain the presentation files.
Computer Equipment: Session room will be equipped with Microsoft® Windows 10 Home based
PC with Microsoft® PowerPoint 2010 installed. Verification of proper performance in the room is
essential, particularly if video and animation is included in the presentation. Please note that
Internet access will not be available during your presentation.
Session room PC's will be provided with the following configuration:
