ANNUAL REPORT PERU LNG 2021 CHAPTER 6 WORKING WITH RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT Hent STRENGTHENING THE CULTURE The company recognises that leadership style has a direct impact on its culture, improving productivity and efficiency, creating the desired image, increasing collaborators' motivation and improving their work- life balance, among many other things, we have decided to include a programme called: "Transforming the leadership style". Its principal aim is to seek a leadership style that empowers collaborators and brings leaders closer to and at the service of their teams. The organisation's leaders are using this programme to create spaces in which to talk to their teams on matters such as: the meaning of corporate values, the profile of a leader, the importance of confidence collaborative working, and the correct way to manage errors. These workshops produced a profile for leaders, while 360º evaluations were applied to create a baseline that will enable leaders to identify where they are and what action to take to bring them into line with the company's expectations. 44
