Autonomous Regional Financing System and additional transfers The Autonomous Communities will receive a total of 112.138 billion euros in payments on account during the financial year 2022. In addition, the State will compensate the regions for a volume of 7 billion euros for the implementation of the VAT Information Supply System in 2017 and for the negative settlements of the SFA for 2020. The Community of Madrid will receive a total of 16.56 billion euros in 2022.
