Agreement on exclusive joint venture with NEOM • • DSV announces a multi-billion dollar exclusive transport and logistics joint venture with NEOM Company in Saudi Arabia. The joint venture will provide end-to-end supply chain management, development and investments in transport and logistics assets and infrastructure as well as transport and delivery of goods and materials to NEOM. DSV will hold a 49% stake, appoint the managing director and be responsible for the daily operations. Completion of the joint venture is subject to customary regulatory approvals, which are expected in Q2 2024. 13
