GAP's efficiency and productivity
We designed and implemented the EIVA -
Essential and Virtual Education- E-learning
platform in order to improve and make
training processes more efficient. This system
offers two recurring courses to comply with
regulations: Annex 14, for the operating area
and Code of Ethics, for all our staff.
Additionally, we grant scholarships to our
employees and their families so they can
continue their studies. We developed the AENA
Scholarship Program, through which employees
have the opportunity to study at the Polytechnic
University of Madrid at the Higher Technical
School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering.
Moreover, we have an unwavering commitment
with our employees' health and safety. Due to
all our wellbeing initiatives and efforts, we had a
voluntary turnover rate of 3.0% during the
year.
