Tourist arrivals for January to July 2015 reached 1,5 mn,
recording an increase of 6,5% compared to similar
period the year before, due to increased arrivals from UK
and other northern European countries compensating for
lower arrivals from Russia.
During 1Q2015, the RPPI recorded an annual decrease
of 7%. RPPI declined by 43% since its peak in 1Q2008
Unemployment rate projections for 2015 expected to
have a small decrease to 15,8% and is expected to ease
gradually.
