In April 2018, we acquired a 60% indirect controlling interest in
Kindzmarauli Marani LLC, a producer of exquisite Georgian
wines and spirits, which owns 350 hectares of vineyards. With
this acquisition major step was made towards increasing our
vineyard base to the targeted 1,000 hectares, from the current
86 hectares, over the next three years
