(Question 57 from Questionnaire) Clients identified two major sectors where the Bank is playing a significant role: Governance and Social Development. Financial sector (stability and access to financial services) (35%), Economic Growth (32%), Public sector reforms (30%), and Public Financial Management (30%) were identified as areas of effectiveness and strength for the Bank.
