Wrap Around Addition (WAA)
The private sector finances and carries out the construction of
an additional work and can operate it for a certain time in order
to return investment.
Build Operate Transfer (BOT)
This form of contract is a pattern of cooperation between land
/ land owners and investors who will process the land into a
single facility for trade, hotels, resors, or toll roads and others.
Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT)
The private sector finances, builds, operates, maintains,
manages, and collects payments from infrastructure users, and
at the end of the right of use, returns to the property of the
government.
Build Transfer Lease (BTL)
Private sector builds infrastructure on government land. The
infrastructure built belong to the government
Build Rent Own Transfer (BROT)
The government hands over assets in the form of land /
land to the private sector to be built, managed (including
renting it to other parties) for a certain time, then hand
it back to the government after the contract expires
