While fewer children are receiving health care in the TAR, it appears that they also need it the
most. As published by the state's 2010 China Population and Family Planning Yearbook, the TAR
has one of the highest rates of malnourished children, with 3.6% of the children under 5 years
old suffering from malnutrition. The only two places with a higher percentage in the PRC are
Yunnan (3.8%) and Guangxi (4%).View entire presentation
