Resources (2/2) C3 Framework: Provides states with voluntary guidance for upgrading existing social studies standards. Created by the National Council of Social Studies through collaboration of representatives from a group of state education agencies and from the leading organizations in social studies and its individual disciplines. Does not include all that can or should be included in a set of robust social studies standards.
