VAS PROGRESS JUSTICE AND ACTION PLAN - TOP 10 1. Commence restructuring of LASPA for operational effectiveness and separate Building Control from existing framework for Planning Approval, pending creation of LABCA 2. Review the Regional Plan for Lagos and prepare development plans for all levels in the State 3. Refocus Master Plans already commissioned to concentrate on upgrading of infrastructure and improvement of existing development 4.
