remediation projects with a combined value of KD 305 mn. P-3 bids submission closed by end-March 2022; KD
150 mn.
Complete: Overall progress 100%. The project is currently under operation and the time for its shutdown
mechanical maintenance is still unknown.

Bidding/Planning: KAPP obtained approval to award the Transaction Advisory Services contract. KAPP is
expected to issue request for qualification sometime in 2022.
Underway (pending): KAPP signed final agreements and financial closure has been achieved for the project.
Construction works commenced, ongoing per schedule and set to be completed by Jan-2024. IPO will open for
citizens once construction is completed.
