BAIN CAPITAL PRIVATE CREDIT
The fund seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing primarily in middle market direct lending
opportunities across North America, Europe and Australia and also in other geographic markets.
The primary investment focus will be senior secured debt, including first lien debt, second lien debt, subordinated
debt, as well as through select equity investments, investments in strategic joint ventures and, to a lesser extent,
corporate bonds.
