Did you consider separation issues, such as between the investor holding and the issuer? Is your risk management system IPO-ready to mitigate and prevent surprises? ☐ Are your compliance systems current and tested to prevent fraud and bribery? ☐ Are your entity-level controls, IT general controls and business process controls properly documented?
