the amount of Government
debt is a maximum of 60% of
GDP.

With extraordinary and very
urgent conditions, the State
Budget deficit policy exceeds
the 3% limit, through the
enactment of Perppu No.1 /
2020 (becoming Law No.2 /
2020). The magnitude of the
2023 state budget deficit will
return a maximum of 3%.
