Slabs represent a new paradigm in the
market and have expanded the boun-
daries of how porcelain is used in ar-
chitecture as well as in design. The
Slabs plant drives our innovation stra-
tegy, and the consequences are felt
across all departments of the company
with logistical and, mainly, commercial
challenges.
The digital transformation of traditional dis-
tribution channels picked up the pace in
2020, in terms of both structural systems
and data intelligence, which propels advan-
cements in management and services, and
with respect to the customers' brand expe-
rience through digital tools for specification
and the replacement of catalogs with inte-
ractive displays at the points of sale.
