ENN 新奥 Connection Fee Amortisation (8 projects) As of December, 2010, 8 projects have adopted amortisation method. (Xiangtan, Changsha, Zhuzhou, Rizhao, Huaian, Lianyungang, Xinxiang, Fengyang) Part of the connection fee income will now be amortised over the concession period instead of one-off recognition.
