The report asks questions about terms of any liquidity event, number of employees and locations, average salary of employees and capital raised. Due Dates for Reports: The 1st report period will start on the date the QNBV was certified and end December 31st of the following year. The due date is a month later on January 31st. The 2nd report period will include the one year period following the 1st QNBV Annual Report period.
