(Audit and Supervisory Committee Member), Sumitomo Chemical Company, Limited, and JX Nippon Mining & Metals Corporation, and there is no relationship required to be disclosed between the four companies and the Company. 3. Director Reiko Amano retired from office of Auditor-secretary of Japan Atomic Energy Agency as of August 31, 2022, and there is no relationship required to be disclosed between the Agency and the Company. In addition, Director Amano concurrently serves as an outside director of Yokogawa Bridge Holdings Corp., and there is no relationship that is required to be disclosed between that company and the Company. 4. Director Hiroko Kawamoto retired from office of Special Advisor of ANA Strategic Research Institute Co., Ltd. as of March 31, 2023, and there is no relationship required to be disclosed between the Institute and the Company. 50
