The Community of Madrid in Spain
The regional GDP of the Community of Madrid in 4Q22 managed to recover its pre-pandemic level with
growth of 5.0% YoY, while the evolution of the national economy as a whole was not as positive.
In terms of population, the Community of Madrid relative share over the national population stands at 14.3%
at the end of 2021, with a total population of 6.751.251 (out of a national total of 47.385,107).
