MULTILATERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN Railways of Russia, China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Germany and Poland to deepen cooperation on the organisation of container trains between China and Europe. Thanks to the agreement: ✓ cooperation on information, including electronic data exchange and preliminary electronic information on freight goods and vehicles moving across borders has been improved; the control procedures at checkpoints and the customs clearance time has been reduced by 3 hours Travel time has been reduced through the Mongolian territory due to decrease in standing on the border.
