. • Scoring Process Eight people from four teams within the Department (Educator Development, Academic Content, Assessment Development, School Improvement) reviewed the applications using a rubric that reflected the goals outlined by BESE for the review in December 2020. Each application (after having identifying information removed) received multiple reviews. The scores were averaged and ranked from lowest to highest.
