Frasle Mobility's New Positioning and Randoncorp Investments
Emerging risks
In our risk management process, we also
monitor the presence of emerging risks,
which are those resulting from hazards, which
may generate significant exposure in the long
term. Emerging risks were considered to be:
Cybersecurity and Information Security and
Macroeconomic and Political Factors. As we
operate more and more globally, we become
increasingly exposed to cyber threats and
data breaches that can lead to reputational
damage and regulatory penalties. Moreover,
political and economic uncertainties in the
domestic and foreign markets may negatively
impact the segments in which Randoncorp
operates. Therefore, we have expanded the
risk Macroeconomic and Political Factors to
Macroeconomic and Geopolitical Factors.
