RELATED INCIDENTS
CRITICAL INCIDENT LIFE CYCLE
Aware that climate change is a reality,
since 2020 we have implemented a
process to address weather incidents
that may impact our operations and
consequently the continuity of our
services.
To implement the process, we have
a committee made up of different
areas of the organization that is
also responsible for monitoring the
evolution of weather events so we can
react in a timely manner in the case of
critical incidents.
