Sustainability – Social - Through our services, policies and organisational culture, Ausgrid delivers safe, reliable and affordable energy to our customers. We recognise that our infrastructure is present in all the communities we operate and that we have a large impact when things go well or when our service is interrupted Listening and responding to our customers 11 Each year our Energy Charter report will tell our customers how we are working to achieve the five principles, making sure we keep our customers at the centre of our decisions.
