Each year our Energy Charter report will tell our customers how
we are working to achieve the five principles, making sure we
keep our customers at the centre of our decisions. This is
informed by data-driven customer insights with the Customers
at the Centre Project
Fostering community trust
'Fostering Community Trust' which includes three priority
programs; Building trusting stakeholder relationships; Basics
done brilliantly customer service; and Fostering sustainable
communities
The objective of these programs is to better enable Ausgrid to address
customer needs, deliver more collaborative governance, improve.
