We cultivate diversity of thought, openness to dialogue and respect for differences. To push this agenda, in June 2020, we started building the D&I (diversity and inclusion) area, and a three-year plan (2021- 2023), based on five pillars: 1 Education for the development of an internal repertoire on the subject in a training and sensitization agenda; 2 Recruitment 3 to increase the representativeness and plurality of our teams; Employee Resource Groups in which employees voluntarily meet to discuss identity issues and propose actions; 4 Communication to transparently share internal initiatives and reinforce our position with employees; and 5 Career to keep track and develop diverse talents. 39 2021 Report ESG Journey 门 Oglobo
