Strong contribution of the regional demand
Madrid's economy slightly slowed its recovery in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Economic growth in the Community of Madrid during 2021 and 2022, has been driven mostly by the contribution of
regional demand (3,4% YoY.), in contrast to the lower contribution of external demand (1.9% YoY.).
Household consumption decreased in 4Q22 to 3,10% (2,3 percentage points lower than the previous quarter).
